Meet Gigi!
With a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, over 8 years of coaching experience, and a background teaching at Otterbein University, I bring an evidence-based approach to women’s training. As a certified personal trainer, I’ve worked with women of all ages and fitness levels, creating programs that prioritize strength, longevity, and confidence. My online programming is designed to meet women where they are, and help them progress with purpose!
